Instead of spending three days obsessing in my head, I drop into my body. I ask the question. I wait for the answer to arrive. Sometimes immediately, sometimes later, but it arrives.

This didn't happen overnight. I'm not special or more intuitive than anyone else.
This happened because I've been working with my energy consistently enough that there's less static between me and my own knowing.
