We’re taught to manage stress like it’s something to overcome. To breathe deeper. Push through. Keep going.
But what if your stress isn’t here to be conquered?
What if it’s trying to tell you something?
What if it’s showing you where your life is out of sync with your soul?
Where your nervous system is done pretending.
Where your boundaries are begging to be honored.
Where your body is whispering, Please listen.

Last night was the full Pink Moon, and the energy still hangs in the air. It’s stirring things up, breaking things open, and making space for deeper clarity (and sometimes deeper emotion).
